Where's my order?

We aim to deliver between 5 to 10 working days. During peak periods couriers may take 1 or 2 extra days.

Is it possible to request a return or an exchange?

Usually it takes 2 working days to prepare an order. As soon as we’ll despatch your order we will send you a confirmation with the instructions to track your order.

How do I order online?

Go to the product page, select your size and the quantity needed. Add to cart.

Yow do I know if my order went through?

You’ll get an order confirmation to your e-mail as soon as you complete the checkout. If you can’t find it, don’t panic. It’s likely that it ends up in the SPAM. If it isn’t even there, check you entered the correct e-mail address and that the payment is completed.

I’m facing troubles completing my order, what do I do?

Check the payment details are correct and that you haven’t got any warning displayed.

The status of my order is “pre-shipping”. what does it mean?

We’ve got your order and the garments are being prepared to be shipped out. Within 2 working days, you’ll get a despatch notification with the instructions to track your order.

Your order has been despatched from our headquarter. Check your email, you have already received the instructions to track the shipment.

Is it safe to buy from Blowhammer?

Which payment methods do you accept?

Why my payment was denied?

The most frequent payment issues are:
- your card is expired
- the detayls entered are wrong
- the daily threshold has been reached

Yes you can, but remember that you need to request an invoice before the order
is despatched.

What are coupon codes? How can I use coupon codes??

During the validity period, coupon codes can be redeemed at the checkout. You can apply only one coupon code for each order. Write the coupon code in the field “Apply Discount Code” at the check-out, click on “Apply Discount” and the discount will appear in the order summary.

Shipping charge depends on the delivery country. Please check at the checkout if you reached the threshold to get free delivery or check it here.

When will I get a despatch notification?

It will take about 2 working days to process your order. As soon as we despatch it you will receive an email with the instructions to track the shipment. Keep an eye on it!

I haven’t received my order yet. What do I do?

If the order hasn’t been delivered within the estimated time we advise to:
1) Take a look at the tracking;
2) Double check the address provided is correct;
3) Check if you received a notification from the courier. If they attempted the delivery
while you weren’t available you should find a card in your letterbox. In this case follow
the instructions on it.

Is it possible to request an exchange?

Of course, you can request a size exchange within 30 days.

Can I request a refund?

You can request a return within 30 days from the delivey date.

How long does it take to issue a refund?

Refunds take different time depending on the payment methods:
Bank transfer: within 21 working days
Paypal: within 14 working days
Gift card: within 1-2 working days.
Debit/Credit Cards: within 14 working days

How to activate a Gift Card?

We will send you an email with a code and the instructions to activate it, don’t lose it.

How do I use a Gift Card?

Find something you like on our store and enter the Gift Card code at the checkout.

I can’t find the confirmation email

Check the spam. If you lost the card ask the person who gave it to you to contact us, we will be certainly able to sort it out.

Can I buy more than one gift cards?

Yes, you can. Just repeat the purchase or ad more gift cards at the cart.

Can I edit the amount of the gift card after the purchase?

Unfortunately, you can’t mate.

Can I have a physical card?

This is an electronic Gift Card, but you can print it out.

If I buy a Gift Card will I get some BH Point?

Yes, you'll get 1 BH point per each euro spent, if you are registered to our loyalty program.

CLEANING & CARING

How do I wash the garments?

Washing machine at 30 degrees. Delicate, do not use tumble dryer. Avoid after-wash regrets, check the label first.
Be careful, our fabric is soft and delicate, take care of it!

How do I wash the hat?

Just give it a quick wipe with a damp cloth to clean it
